Mr. Parker is a Director of Gleacher & Company having joined Gleacher Partners in March 2007. Prior to joining Gleacher, Mr. Parker spent more than five years at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestitures, most recently as a principal in the mergers and acquisitions department. Mr. Parker also worked for Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette where he worked on advisory M&A, equity and debt transactions, as well as private equity investments and acquisitions using the firm’s managed capital. Mr. Parker focuses on a number of different industry sectors including aerospace and defense, technology and information services. Mr. Parker holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University.
