Mr. Pennino joined Gleacher & Company in 2008 and is currently a Vice President in the New York office. Prior to joining Gleacher & Company,, Mr. Pennino was an Associate in Imperial Capital’s Restructuring Group in New York. Prior to Imperial, Mr. Pennino was a Principal Investor at Opus Capital, a boutique private equity firm focused on media transactions. Mr. Pennino began his career as an Analyst as Jefferies & Co.’s Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Pennino received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
