Mr. O’Connor joined Gleacher & Company in 2008. Prior to Gleacher & Company, Mr. O’Connor was the head of Imperial Capital’s Investment Banking practice in New York. Before joining Imperial, he was Managing Director in the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies & Company and Head of Restructuring at Raymond James & Associates. Formerly, Mr. O’Connor served as Chief Financial Officer of Kaiser Group International, Inc., a former billion-dollar international professional services contractor where he led its financial restructuring. His previous financial experience includes senior positions with both General Electric Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. O’Connor began his investment banking career with Lazard Frères & Company. He has served on a number of boards and has extensive corporate finance and restructuring experience. Mr. O’Connor received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
