Curt co-founded AmTech Research with the vision to provide unbiased fundamental research and to build a distribution sales and trading function to support that research. Curt has over 20 years experience in the management of securities firms and as a consultant to the industry. Curt most recently served as the COO and CFO at SoundView Technology Group, and previously, he was Operating Officer at UBS Warburg.

Curt was graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Economics and earned his MS in Accounting at New York University's Stern School of Business.
