Sunil joined Gleacher & Company Equity Capital Markets in November 2009 as a member of the team covering the enterprise hardware and semiconductor sectors.

Prior to this, Sunil was an Associate at Merrill Lynch's Technology investment banking group, advising companies on various issues including capital raising and strategic alternatives including mergers and acquisitions.

Sunil grew up in Mumbai, India. He completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering, graduating valedictorian at the University of Kerala. He went on to join Cisco India as one of its early recruits and spent four years working on Network Management and Security Technologies. During his time there he worked on the design and development of next generation firewall and security management software for Cisco platforms.

Sunil graduated with an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
